The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth es un remake del primer The Binding of Isaac que ahora llega a PC. Diseñado por el creador original, Edmund McMillen y desarrollado por Nicalis, el título contará con cooperativo para dos jugadores, una nueva banda sonora, gráficos adaptados al estilo 16 bits y otras novedades. Incluirá todo el contenido del original y de su expansión The Wrath of the Lamb, además de nuevo contenido del mismo tamaño que esta expansión. Cuenta también con un nuevo capítulo final y final del juego, tres personajes jugables y otros extras.
